Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of ESP Equipment Purchase and Associated Service.
The work comprises ESP system products provision and ESP related service. ESP system products is on purchase basis, and ESP related service is on call-out basis. ESP related services include but not limited to ESP sizing and selection, ESP installation, commissioning/start-up, daily operation management, pulling out, teardown, testing, assembly, failure analyse, reporting, training out of Iraq, inventory management, workshop, maintenance, and equipment optimization. The ESP installation/puling-out are including the new ESP wells (Natural flowing wells convert to ESP wells) and replacement ESP wells after existing downhole ESP failure or pulled out. The Number of ESPs to be purchased shall be 20.The range of pump rates will vary by the reservoir and well. The expected pump rates have been categorized into 4 rate ranges to standardize equipment (rate is based on the recommended operating range of catalogue pump curve): (a)High rate (2000-2500 bfpd) (b)Medium rate (1300-2000 bfpd)(c)Low rate(600-1300bfpd)(d)Low low rate(200-600bfbp)
