Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Development & modernization of metering device and tank level gauging system at Tobruk refinery Projecy No-P58.
Due to the operational problems that the Tobruk refinery suffers from, because the existing system is an old system that is difficult to maintain due to the lack of spare parts for it and because most of the devices and indicators do not give correct readings and cannot be relied upon. Therefore, the Gulf company intends to change the meters and measurement system for the Tobruk refinery warehouses so that they are linked all electronic devices, sensors and meters are in a main control room in the refinery with a new control system, where the main scope of work consists of visiting the site, collecting information, carrying out detailed engineering works, removing the oil meter system, supplying and installing the new system for meters and linking it to a main control room for monitoring and control, and then carrying out the commissioning and final tests. Accordingly, this project was proposed so that we can find appropriate solutions to improve the work of the refinery to obtain outputs to update the meters and measuring devices and control room.
