Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision for the Overhaul and Repair of Heat Exchangers and Coils. The scope of work to be carried out under the Purchase Agreement shall consist of Overhaul and Repair of Heat Exchangers & Coils of Company’s owned Assets. The scope of Work comprises:
• The collection, service, overhaul, repair, grit blasting & painting, testing and delivery of heat exchangers and coils owned by the Company based on size and criticality.
• The pulling of tubes for inspection and the partial or full re-tubing of heat exchangers. • Additional repairs found necessary following inspection during overhaul.
• The carrying out of repairs on Company’s site due to breakdown or the like.
• The supply of spare parts, machining and materials required during the overhaul and repair, where instructed by the Company.
• Compliance with controlled bolting procedure & hydro test procedure where applicable.
