Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Leasing of Accommodation Units at Doha. The company invites proposals directly from the Landlords/Owners for the leasing of readily available, fully serviced residential accommodation units located only at any one of the locations viz. West Bay, Lusail, Al-Waab or Qatar Pearl. Accomodation units must be within a proximity of 10 KM to the School of Doha (or British International School) as per the following categories: 20 Nos One Bedroom Apartments (A minimum of 75 Sq.M) 36 Nos Two-Bedroom Apartments (A minimum of 120 Sq.M) 6 Nos Three-Bedroom Villas (A minimum of 260 Sq.M) 21 Nos Four-Bedroom Villas (A minimum of 350 Sq.M) Initial lease period will be for five (5) years commencing on 01/03/2023, in which the first two (2) years of the lease period is committed by QatarEnergy.
