Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Slickline Equipment & Services for Offshore & Onshore Operations.
Contractor shall provide management, services, supervision, testing, tools, inspections, maintenance, repair, redress, transportation, consumables, support facilities, associated services, Contractor Items, Contractor Personnel, Contractor Information and each and every item of expense necessary for provision of Slickline equipment and services in the QatarEnergy Onshore and Offshore Operations, on Call-Off basis.
The range of Services for Offshore and Onshore Operations are as listed below:
a. Offshore Operations requirement comprises of Downhole Memory Gauges and Shut-off Tool services; Multifinger Memory Caliper services; Memory Production Logging Tool services; General and Common Slickline services; and providing One (1) set Fly Line Slickline package.
b. Onshore Operations requirement comprises of providing set of complete packages of Desert/Land Slickline Units with associated tools and service personnel for Pressure/ Temperature Gradient Survey services; Pressure Build-up/ Fall-off Survey services; Downhole Shut-off Tool services; Routine Slickline Operations services; Fishing Operations services; SCSSV Installation/ Retrieval services; Setting / Retrieving BPV & DCV services; Servicing QatarEnergy Completion & Slickline Equipment; Gas Lift Valve Calibration services; Drift service for Logging and Coiled Tubing operation; Slickline Nipple-Less Plug services; and General Cleaning and Miscellaneous after Slickline related operation at Dukhan Drilling Workshop and Well Sites.
The Tender comprises of two (2) Sections with identical scope of services except for Fly Line Slickline Services, which is available only in Section-II, and with split estimated quantities, which is pre-identified in the Tender Document. Tender will be awarded to two (2) Contractors, separately for Section I and Section II, based on economics, at the sole discretion of QatarEnergy. 4 Contract duration shall be sixty-six (66) months from the Effective Date including six (6) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
