Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for HSE & Process Safety Management System Audits for Facilities and Industrial Cities Asset Operators. Contractor shall conduct Process Safety Management (PSM) system audit for QatarEnergy/Asset Operators in RLIC, MIC and DCA having an established PSM system in place and audit the HSE Management for QatarEnergy/Asset Operators in RLIC, MIC and DCA that don't have PSM system focusing on the policies and procedures that make up the program being audited. Each program element shall be addressed including the management systems that are used to implement the program to ensure its properly designed and implemented. Audit shall identify program deficiencies to develop recommendations for corrective action. Contractor scope includes provision of all personnel, supervision, equipment, consumable, logistics, tools and each and every item of expense necessary to successfully carryout the above Audits. Contractor shall perform the above Audit Services, as and when required by QatarEnergy on Call-off basis.
