Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Root Cause Analysis Support for Offshore Operations. To provide expertise, tools, technology, and manpower necessary to carry out specific testing, inspection, investigation, related to already reported failures and/or potential failure of equipment or system which will lead to high down times / production losses / safety issues to QP Offshore Operations on a call off basis. Below stated testing and analysis services are required to identify the root cause(s) and to propose recommendations in order to avoid similar reoccurrences.
