Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Secured Virtual Desktop Infrastructure System.
The brief scope of work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
1. Provision of Complementary Hardware
• Provision of application servers, storages and networking hardware expansion based on the current IT infrastructures
2. Provision of VDI and MFA solution Software
• Provision of Virtual Desktop operating environment software licenses
• Provision of Multi-Factor Authentication solution software licenses
3. Provision of Onsite delivery, Implementation, Commissioning and Go-live service for VDI solution
• Provision of door-to-door delivery, onsite implementation of hardware and software systems
• Provision of onsite installation, optimizing, customization, commissioning and go-live for VDI solution
• Provide onsite go-live period guidance and support services towards users.
• Provide manufacturer professional knowledge transfer sessions for IT and users for administration and usage.
4. Provision of 3 years’ support and warranty support subscription after go-live
• Provision of 3 years’ remote (escalating to onsite on demand) system and user support services for the guarantee to the implemented VDI solution
