Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Residential Area.
SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• A dedicated residential complex will be constructed, and this shall be approximately 2 km from the Central Processing Facility and 5 km from air strip. This logistics area will serve accommodation/recreational for 100 people and mess shall be available for 200 people.
• Residential complex comprises of following type of building and units, as detailed below:
o Living Quarter
o VIP Accommodation
o Mess Building
o Recreational Building
o Playgrounds – Football, Tennis
o Laundry
o Clinic
o Mosque
o Fire Water Pump House,
o Substation & control building
o Water Treatment Unit
o Water Storage Tanks
o Water Wells
o Sewage Treatment Unit
o External works (roads, lighting, drain, etc) within the residential area
