Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Tender, Procurement & Logistics Management System Refactoring & Renovation Services.
The scope of this tender is to consolidate the SRM and LOMAXS systems within TPM system to form renovated Tender, Procurement and Logistics Management System (TPLM), with platform version update and cyber security reinforcements.
- Refactoring of TPM system to establish common platform of functions and interfaces as TPLM system
- Refactoring and Consolidation of Requisition and Procurement management functions of current SRM system
- Refactoring and Consolidation of Logistics and Warehouse management functions of LOMAXS system
- Renovation of eProcurement portal to improve security, compliance, functionality and user experiences.
- Database and other software framework version upgrade and adapting
- Provision of cyber-security evaluation and tests, and enhancement of cyber security design based on evaluation results
The service shall also include 3 years support and enhancement services of new consolidated TPLM system after the Go-Live and Preliminary Acceptance.
