Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Repairing of Main Breakwater of Mellitah Tugs Harbour.
The Scope of Work is for the Repairing of Main Breakwater of Mellitah Tugs Harbour which includes to provide (but not limited to) certified equipment and manpower, and different sizes of rock armour and gravel, as described here below:
• Delivery & fix rock armour with size (from 2.0 to 4.0 ton) to close the concerned vents & restore the damaged locations in the breakwater.
• Delivery & fix of 4.0-ton rock armour to cover the external side for area B (20-meter length).
• For the area C (20-meter length the external side facing the sea will be restored with 2.0-to-4.0-ton armour and the delivery & fix of rock armour 25 cm. size to fill the internal groove for the total height.
• Delivery & fix of rock armour 40 – 600 kg. to fill between the existing 4.0-ton rocks for the area D (30.0-meter length).
• The whole access road along the breakwater (average length about 350 meters & width 30.0 meter) will be levelled and covered with gravel size 2.5 & 4 cm. as top layer.
