PS-1D Pedstal Crane

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for PS-1D Pedstal Crane.
2.1 Design, Engineer, Manufacture, Inspection, Painting, Preservation, Export Packing / Marking and Testing (Factory Acceptance Test) with an Inspection Release note at manufacturer's facility for the delivery, including the Supply of commissioning spares, as per Attachment 1.
2.2 The new Pedestal Crane shall be a like for like to the existing specification with respect to capacity (15 Ton), Lattice Boom of 24 meters, Diesel Operated. All other requirements of new crane shall be as per latest QatarEnergy Standards, Shell DEP's and International codes and standards.
2.3 Pedestal Crane shall be guaranteed and supplied with all necessary ancillary equipment for safe and operation. The Pedestal Crane for the PS1D offshore operations shall be on a Classified Tender basis and procured from QatarEnergy preferred manufacturer list (PPML) as per Attachment 03. Since the offshore operated Pedestal cranes are supplied to Oil & Gas Codes and Standards with stringent technical Specifications unlike the commercial cranes. The TBE Criteria is prepared and shall be issued with the Key Requirements on Technical, QA/QC, Testing and Acceptance with the RFQ for a compliance.
2.4 Separate Service order / PO shall be issued when the existing crane is ready to be replaced to successful bidder as an OEM for offshore support supervision, field installation and commissioning of New EOT Crane.
2.5 The successful Bidder will also propose the Two Years Operating and Maintenance Spares as an OEM recommendation in the Spare Parts Interchangeability Record (SPIR) form. However, after the SPIF review and approval by QatarEnergy Operation / Maintenance team, a separate RFQ shall be requested from QatarEnergy.
