Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Purchase of 20 Accommodation Caravans, 20 Portable Toilets, 20 Water Tanks, 20 Septic Tanks.
The brief scope of supply/work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
• Caravans should be of the required dimensions and fittings as specified below.
• Decoration, Finishing & Furniture Works: include floors, walls, ceilings, and other related parts of the buildings to best construction standards and industrial practice.
• The bedroom caravan is a single bedroom with dimension of 5000 mm length x 3000 mm width x 2500 mm height. To include 2 metal bunk beds (sleep 4, with mattress and all other accessories), 2 wardrobes (2 doors), 1 office table (0.6 m x 1.2 m) made of wood with drawers, 4 chairs (1 rolling chair and 3 static chairs), 1 emergency lamp, 2 ceiling lamps, 4 power points, 1 smoke detector and alarm, 1fire extinguisher 6 Kg DCP gas cartridge, 1 waste bin, 1 air conditioner. 1 wash hand basin.
• The portable toilet is to be constructed from made of aluminium (preferable) or plastic. To include 1 door, 1 water tap, 1 hand wash basin, 1 Iraqi footplate toilet. Approximately specifications are as follows.
• Septic tanks (2,000 litres) should be installed in ground holes.
• Water Supply, Drainage, and Fire-fighting Discipline (WSD) Works: The scope of work on WSD can be described as the following parts:
• Plastic water tank on each caravan, 1 cubic meters capacity to be mounted on roof. Connected to interior facilities.
• The caravans should be easily transported from one well pad to another well pad. Features (such as hoisting ring on top & bottom main structure members) should be added for easy lifting and transportation.
• The contractor shall be responsible for offloading and installing the caravan, toilet and septic tank with connections. In the case of replacing a caravan shall return the damaged one to PetroChina Halfaya Oilfield Base Camp Warehouse, Kahla Missan Province, Iraq.
Delivery Schedule: PetroChina requires all the items to be delivered within a maximum of Six (6) months after Purchase Order (PO) issuance and acknowledgement date.
