Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Crude Oil Measurement System and Implementation of Pcrs, Mesaieed Operations.
The company intends to convert existing Crude oil measurement systems to the latest measurement system and thereby improve the Operation, Maintenance and Safety of the terminal and tank farm facility. This shall be achieved by implementing required up gradation while retaining its form, fit and function of the original flow computers, density analyzer, auto sampler system, dedicated metering SCADA system, plant SCADA control system etc. Contractor shall be responsible for site survey, detailed design and engineering, procurement, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the above mentioned requirements.
