Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Early Site Preparation Works for NGL-5. Scope of Work includes detailed engineering, procurement, inspection & testing and construction relating to the early site preparation works for NGL-5 Plant, as summarized below:
a. Underground and Topographical site survey
b. Procurement of backfill material from QatarEnergy approved supplier.
c. Earthworks including excavation, backfilling, sub-grading, and grading of NGL-5 area to the elevation of +1.5m QNHD as per approved drawings and specifications.
d. Detailed Engineering, procurement, Inspection & testing, construction of access roads.
e. Detailed Engineering, procurement, Inspection & testing, construction of fencing and gates.
The site is open low-lying land, located within Messaid Industrial Complex on the south of the existing QatarEnergy Tank farm and Refinery, and north of the existing Station-S in Mesaieed, Qatar. The shoreline is approximately 2 kilometres southeast of the construction site. The proposed NGL-5 Plant platform is approximately 800,000 m2 area.
