Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance of Diesel Generator, UPS, CBS, Air Compressor, Vacuum Pump and AC-DC Converter at Multiple Locations.
The company intends to obtain the following Services, as detailed in the Tender Scope of Services:
a) Defined Services: Provision of routine inspection and preventive maintenance of standby Diesel Generators (DG), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Central Battery Systems (CBS), Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Alternating Current/Direct Current (AC/DC) Converter Panels and their associated equipment, on periodic basis.
b) Call-off Services:
i) Attendance to breakdowns, including repairs, replacement, upgrade and/or modification of defective parts or systems using spare parts,
ii) performance of top-end and major overhauls of DG and
iii) supply of specific categories of manpower and equipment as and when required by QatarEnergy, on call-off basis. It may be noted that the Tender includes Split Award provision based on equipment and location.
