Scope of Work:
The compressor is to be used as a booster to raise the pressure of raw feed gas to Ethylene plant in case the pressure decreased below the required.
The following specification for the compressor unit.
Centrifugal horizontal split gas compressor according to API 617
Suction pipe available is 20".
Compressor specifications:
Capacity range: 40- 90 Ton \ hr
Operation suction pressure: (20-26) bar (gauge)
Operation discharge pressure: (31) bar (gauge)
Inlet temperature: 25-40° C
Outlet temperature: 35-40° C (after cooler)
Requirements:
1- Supply, install and commission
2- The compressor must be equipped with:
a- Inlet and outlet isolation motorized valves
b- By-pass control valve
c- Minimum flow controlled anti surge
d- Suction drum with level control and sight glass
e- Cooler for discharge gas
f- Lube oil and seal oil system if required
g- All protection system for compressor (vibration and thermal system)
h- All instruments required for system
I-Starter panel and 750 m length cable suitable for motor
j- The compressor must be equipped with inlet guide vans operated auto according to capacity rang above.
