Scope of Work
The company announces is looking to tender for Supply of Mayekawa Spares. The main objective of the Mobile ZEROP skid is to reduce the back pressure to BPU wells by operating the Inlet Separator (Gas Oil Separator) at low pressure. This will accelerate oil production. The ZEROP project involves use of gas compressors. Spare mechanical seal has to be available in warehouse to replace the running mechanical seal in case of failure. These mechanical seals are supplied by compressor OEM having special design and materials which are not available on local market. Failure of the seal will cause the shutdown of the ZEZROP skid. Mechanical seal are critical items for running compressor in safe condition and for keeping a clean environment. Leaking of the mechanical seal will cause compressed gas to come out from compressor casing. This gas is hot, toxic and inflammable. For this reason, the mechanical seam must be replaced immediately to avoid compressed gas to come out.
