Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Ecological Survey of Marine Environment Around PS-2, PS-3 and NFA.
The company is responsible to carry out Marine Ecological Survey periodically in its Production Stations (PS), i.e., PS-2, PS-3 and North Field Alpha (NFA), to assess the current environmental conditions of sea water, sediment and biota in the vicinity of and around the production stations as per the Consent to Operate (CTO) condition issued by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. As per the Scope of Services, Contractor shall carry out Marine Ecological Survey to determine physical and chemical conditions and chemical contaminant concentration of seawater and sediments at sampling locations, assess spatial relationships in physicochemical properties and contaminant concentrations in water, sediment, biota by submitting the results and provide recommendations to QatarEnergy regarding identified positive and negative operational impacts around PS-2, PS-3 and NFA.
