Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance & Support for Vessel Traffic System at Ras Laffan Port.
Except as expressly provided otherwise herein, CONTRACTOR shall provide the following Scope of Services including, but not limited to supply of all manpower, services, supervision, testing, equipment, spares, and tools, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "SERVICES"). The SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with this Scope of Services, General Specifications, all standards, requirements referred to herein or attached hereto and shall include, but not limited to, carrying out the following:
a) Routine Remote Maintenance
b) Periodic Remote Maintenance
c) On-Site Maintenance
d) Corrective Maintenance
e) Software Updates
f) Hardware Upgrade
