EPIC for VVIP Reception Building at RLIC MPAC

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for VVIP Reception Building at RLIC MPAC.
The proposed Facility shall be a single story VVIP Reception Building, with an approximate footprint of 30 x 20 meters. The height of the building is approximately 6.1 meters from the ground floor finished floor level, to the highest elevation, with varying elevations to suit the architectural arrangements.
The Facility shall contain a congregational majlis, VVIP Lounge, hallways, a pilots lounge, security office, a dedicated furnished pantry including operation supplies with equipment's, a janitors closet. The facility shall have common washrooms for guests and ensuite washrooms and changing rooms. The FACILITY shall include the following utilities and services:
1. Wet utility tie-ins for chilled water, potable water, irrigation water and fire water.
2. Drainage systems, including tie-ins to existing sewage network and provision of site drainage systems.
3. Power tie-in for the FACILITY including small power and power supply to all equipment's.
4. Chilled water, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Irrigation Systems for soft landscaping areas.
5. New reliable fire alarm and suppression system comprising of fire alarm control panel (FACP), HSSD, fire detection and alert devices for the FACILITY. The FACP shall communicate to ECC located at QatarEnergy Management Building and Fire Station 6.
6. Dedicated utility rooms for electrical, safety and telecommunication equipment.
7. Soft and Hard landscaping.
