Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Modification of Crude Oil Tanks' Drain Piping System in NGL Tank Farm, Mesaieed Operations. Contractor shall carry out the Work that includes preliminary engineering verification, detail design, procurement, material supply, installation /construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning (EPIC) for implementation of the following two(02) nos. of Management of Changes (MOCs) at Qatar Energy's NGL Plant in Mesaieed.
1) PCR#589(MOC#9000000291 and MOC#1000001365): PCR 589 9000000291 Crude oil Tank Water Drain Ring System. MOC 1000001365 CO Tanks Water Drain to API Separator. Brief scope: Contractor to carry out demolishing the existing drain system (mechanical and civil) for all above ground and underground (Optional)contractor to carry out construction procurement Etc., for the new nonmetallic piping which to be connecting each tanks drain system to the nearest oily water header tie ins and including the mechanical piping , civil work and platforms. There are 15 tanks which is considered on this scope. The underground thanks are Tanks T-1, T-2, T-3, T-4 , T-8 and T-14. The above ground tanks are Tanks T-5, T-6 , T-7 , T-9, T-10 , T-11, T-13, T-15 and T-16.
