Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Conductor Driving and Slot Recovery Equipment and Services for Offshore Operations.
Brief Scope of Services
1. QatarEnergy requires the Services of an experienced and technically sound Contractor to provide Conductor Driving and Slot Recovery Equipment and Services for Offshore operations on Call-off basis. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, storage and all items of expense and associated services to perform the Services.
2. The Services shall involve specialized personnel and utilization of conductor deflection/replacement and casing pulling solutions on pre-identified estimated quantities of 102 wells across multiple QatarEnergy's offshore fields, throughout the Contract duration.
3.The Services shall be performed to recover existing slots and drill replacement wells after the reservoir plug and abandonment operations, at Offshore drilling rigs, which are currently in operation, including but not limited to the deployment of conductor cutting machine, cold cutting band saw, live video camera system, single/dual boring and pinning machines, securing/lifting pins, saddle to support the load at rotary table, end caps, conductor deflection tool, umbilical, hydraulic power unit (HPU), heavy duty casing pulling tool and applicable consumables to include the logistics, techniques, supply, control, monitoring of operations and the supply of associated qualified and experienced personnel.
4.Contract Duration for the Services shall be sixty-three (63) months including three (3) months of initial mobilization.
