Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Well Monitoring System Project. We call upon the specialized local & international companies and experienced in the field of Well Monitoring System that have established themselves in the technical competence with expertise and have the necessary financial & human resources and the construction & installation equipment, necessary hardware and software to execute this project and wish to participate in the pre-qualification stage for this tender, to submit an application together with filling out the questionnaire and submit it within an integrated file with the required documents (legal, financial and technical) in preparation for selecting the companies that have proven their eligibility to participate with a competitive offer in the bidding process for this tender.
Scope of Work (in Brief):
• The Project encompasses Engineering & supply of new RTU/PLC’s, Cabinets, interface with SCADA, etc.
• The scope includes the supply of remote well monitoring system in all fields to monitor the wells, fully integrate via OPC link with the existing SCADA (‘Infusion’ by Schneider Electric), for indication and control from the respective production stations.
• The new RTU/PLC at each Well to interface with wellhead control panel, pressure, and flow transmitter at each well, and communication equipment to transfer the data to/from centralised SCADA and HMI workstations. The RTU/PLC shall be housed in suitable enclosure with the required interface for wireless communication with centralized SCADA.
• The scope includes design, manufacture, supply, and commission all the required system cabinets with all necessary accessories. The well monitoring system based on latest technology to be capable of handling all the IO types and meeting the existing system and shall be capable to accommodate at least a Data Base of 70000 IO tags.
• All well panels and communication equipment near the well shall be outdoor, the station and WAHA CCB equipment shall be installed in an air-conditioned control building provided by others. Any additional equipment, device or software required shall be included in the bid. The system shall be modular and scalable in design, allowing future expansion.
• The Communication system provided shall include System Interconnecting cables, Engineering and Operator Workstations, Printers, Development & Maintenance Tool/Laptop, Software Programs and Application software, Documentation, Commissioning Spares, UPS, Battery Chargers at each well, and all other required accessories.
• The scope includes site surveys, design and engineering including documentation, System configuration, programming, testing, Hardware manufacture, build-up, assembly, integration, testing, FAT, Packing & Shipment, etc.
