Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Fabrication, Maintenance and Repair of Various Workshop Items for Onshore and Offshore Operations.
Brief Scope of Services
1) QatarEnergy requires the Services of experienced and technically sound Contractor to provide fabrication, maintenance and repair of various drilling workshop Items, and perform the Services as specified in the Scope of Services on call-off basis for its offshore and onshore operations, for a Contract Duration of sixty-two (62) months which includes two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
2) QatarEnergy's Drilling and Completions Department owns two (2) Drilling Well Services Workshops, one based at Ras Laffan (for Offshore Operations) and the other at Dukhan (for Onshore Operations). These workshops require continuous support of fabrication, maintenance, inspection, repair and certification of various workshop items. QatarEnergy intends to engage a Contractor to provide these requirements in accordance with international oil and gas industry standards.
3) Contractor shall supply all labor, services, supervision, testing, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of fabrication, maintenance, inspection (by QatarEnergy's approved third party certification agencies), repair and certification of various drilling and well services workshop on a call-off basis. Contractor shall perform the Services in accordance with the latest edition with amendments of API 7L, ANSI / API RP 8B / lSO 13534-2000 and all applicable latest international standards.
4) All Services shall be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from individual RO Completion date. .
