Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance of Powered Water Injection Flowlines on Call off Basis. The company has identified a requirement to carryout, on call-off basis, replacement of corroded pipeline sections, installation of HDPE liner, repositioning, supply and installation of new pipeline supports wherever necessary. The SERVICES shall comprise of the following: A. Replacement of corroded 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" diameter pipelines in PWI when required, as per The company inspection recommendations B. Removal, replacement and Installation and testing of HDPE liner for 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" diameter pipelines. C. Mobilization, installation and spooling of RTP bypass line. D. Metal sheet rolling service E. Hydrotest of pipelines and trunklines with diameters of 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 24", 32" & 36".
