Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of General Third Party Inspection Services.
1) QatarEnergy requires the services of a competent and experienced contractor to provide General Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services on Call-Off basis.
2) Certification and inspection shall be carried out by TPCA/TPIA who has the required competency, experiences, qualification and resources as per the requirements stipulated.
3) TPCA/TPIA shall undertake and carry out all the necessary measures, as per the applicable codes, standards, specifications, QatarEnergy regulations and TPCA rules, to be able to issue the required Materials & Equipment Certificates and Inspection Reports as per the specified SERVICES.
4) TPCA/TPIA shall provide all the required professional / experienced number of personnel for each discipline to cover the Certification and Inspection scope as per requirements. QatarEnergy shall review the CVs of the TPCA/TPIA proposed personnel and may interview them before approval. TPCA/TPIA shall mobilize their personnel as per QatarEnergy requirements. Contractor Personnel shall be demobilized as soon as the scope of assignment is completed irrespective of the hours mentioned in the NFI.
5) TPCAs/TPIAs Scope of Services for Materials and equipment certification requirements shall be as per QatarEnergy POs, Approved Documents (ITPs, QC Plans), applicable codes and standards.
