Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade Existing Old DG Sets in NGL-1 & NGL-3, Mesaieed.
Existing DGs at NGL-1 (01 No.) and NGL-3 (02 Nos.) are very old, elapsed the design life; and are having troubles including failure; hence these Emergency DGs shall be replaced with new.
1. Upgrade one (01) Diesel Generator Tag No. DG-3401 at NGL-1: The existing 169KVA DG set is more than 30 Years old and obsolete, hence; needs to be upgraded to higher rating (preferably 275 KVA) along with the Diesel Tank.
2. REPLACE one (01) 3.3 KV, 1500 KVA, 50 Hz EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR TAG No. 6830-G-01 IN SUBSTATION-2 at NGL-
3. The existing 1500 KVA DG set is more than 30 Years old and obsolete, hence; needs to be replaced with same rating along with Diesel Tank. New foundations shall be made for the new DG and Diesel Tank.
3. REPLACE one (01) 415V, 1250 KVA, 50 Hz EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR TAG No. 6830-G-02 IN SUBSTATION-3 at NGL-3. The existing 1250 KVA DG set is more than 30 Years old and obsolete, hence; needs to be replaced with same rating along with Diesel Tank. New foundations shall be made for the new DG and Diesel Tank.
