Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Call off Maintenance Support Services for Refinery Plant Assets. The objective of the contract is to undertake the Maintenance and repair works/ Management of Change (MOC) /Plant Change requests (PCRs) for various Plant Assets, valves and related pipe-works in various locations of Mesaieed REFINERY Operations as detailed in the Scope of work, Schedule of Price and Attachments (which will be known as SERVICES), for areas including; (1) REFINERY Plants/facilities which include REFINERY-2, Condensate REFINERY, RFCC, SRU, Utilities plants, CHEMICALS PLANT, OFFSITES including storage, Berth4/6 and loading facilities and common areas in Mesaieed & outside (hereinafter referred to as "SITE"). The scope of services is to carry out the on-demand maintenance on REFINERY Assets in areas mentioned above, for ensuring the availability and to minimize the downtime.
