Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Private Security Service for Halfaya Base Camp.
The brief scope of work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
1- Armed guards at 15 fixed point locations in the PetroChina Halfaya basecamp, CPF1 and airport included.
2- Armed guards at 27 Watchtowers around of PCH basecamp and CPF1 perimeter
3- One dedicated PSD for business related and rotational journeys within the oilfield area and any Basra related tasks, with possible enrollment of an additional B6 vehicle.
4- K9 Units (EDD) x 5 at 4 (Four) fixed points in PetroChina Halfaya Base Camp and 1(one) fixed point in CPF1. Two call-off EDD team to be deployed at any other locations if required.
5- Trained staff to man an operations room and control movement throughout the field.
6- A quick reaction force (QRF) to support the perimeter locations and carry out mobile patrols of the internal area.
7- Guards for internal patrols and visitor escorts.
8- Guards for other locations within oilfield which required by Company.
