Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of production chemicals for CPF1, CPF2, CPF3, GLP, GDU, Water Injection and SWP for treatment of crude oil, gas, produced water, SWP and softening water treatment chemicals and protecting processing facilities from corrosion.
- Provision of all required chemical processes and services in accordance with PetroChina’s requirements.
- Provision of rental chemical injection skids for FSF wells including services such as spare parts, installation pipe connections, commissioning, eye washes, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the chemical injection skids.
- Provision of chemical injection and optimization plan.
- The delivery point for chemicals and the injection skids will be DDP at PetroChina Halfaya.
-Supply of production chemicals require on-site bottle testing and laboratory evaluation test, primarily for demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors, to recommend the effective products.
- The bottle test for the Demulsifier and Corrosion Inhibitor shall be conducted in production laboratory at Halfaya oil field.
- Delivery of the chemicals shall be on work order basis issued by PetroChina, according to the operation requirement of chemical consumption and services.
