Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Prequal for Construction of Wellness Centreter. "The scope of Work is for the Construction of QatarEnergy Wellness Center classified by Ministry of Public Health as a Diagnostic & Treatment Center, located in West Bay, Doha, over a plot area of 6,407 sqm. The proposed healthcare facility is envisaged to be equipped with the state-of-the-art medical equipment, amenities and landscaped features along with the GSAS 5 star rating criteria. Construction is for 3 basements, ground plus 6 floors building with a total built up area of circa 37,000sqm. The building envelope is fully glazed with a contemporary screening element that wraps the entire façade. 2 skylights provide daylighting through a central atrium and lightwell. The entire roof of the building is provided with photo voltaic along with the building services and equipment. HVAC design utilizes available district cooling from Qatar Cool. The facility comprises of medical departments for Urgent Care, PCR testing, Day Surgery with 2 operating theatres, CSSD, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging with X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI & bone densitometry, Primary care, Specialized Clinics, Dental with Dental lab & CSSD, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational health, Day care rooms. Also included are Admin offices and Central stores, medical records, and prayer rooms and commercial spaces.
