Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for upgrading an existing Operator Training Simulator (OTS) to facilitate training of operationas personnel throughout the lift-cycle of the plant operation. This upgrade is required because the existing software and hardware is already obsolete of spares and software is no more supported. The existing OTS covers following process units; Unit 11 – Crude Distillation Unit Unit 41 – RFCCU Unit 44 – Catalytic Polymerisation Unit Unit 45 – FCC Gasoline Hydrofinisher Unit Unit 46 – Light Cycle Oil Hydrotreater Unit Unit 47 – Sulfur Recovery Unit Unit 61 – Condensate Distillation Unit Unit 63 – Continuous Catalytic Reformer Unit Contractor's scope involves but not limited to drafting of Functional Development Specification (FDS), modeling, configuration, procurement, supply of software, installation, commissioning, testing, training and submission of documentations for the OTS Upgrade.
