Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Hydrojet Cleaning and Onsite NDE Services.
1. Providing high pressure water jet cleaning and services to Bapco Refinery Process Units sewer cleaning, internal cleaning of furnace heater tubes, remote vessels columns and tank cleaning using conventional high pressure hydrojetting Robotic Cleaning High Pressure Lance Tube Cleaning and Aqua Milling, as and when required by the company with strict commitment to Safety Health Environment and Quality. The services shall be extended to routine maintenance operation activities as well as Tand I requirements in the refinery During Tand Is and shutdowns the Contractor shall provide onsite Non Destructive Examination NDE on the heat exchanger tubes that were cleaned by hydro jetting.
2. The supply of all necessary HP pumps hoses, assorted sizes of lances valves and fittings vacuum trucks etc for the abovementioned highpressure cleaning services as well as providing Inspection equipment with relevant probes for IRIS ECT ECA MFL FSECT PSECT.
