Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Intelligent Motor Control System (IMCS) at Mesaieed Refinery. Due to obsolescence of the current ABB Intelligent Motor Control System (IMCS) in Substations 7000 & 7100, Refinery, The company requires upgrade and replacement of IMCS-7092 in SS7000 and IMCS-7192 in SS7100 and PLC modules, protocol gateways with necessary hardware & software of latest version. New IMCS workstation PC, alarm printer & other associated accessories and other applicable appurtenances located inside SS7000 shall also be provided to replace the existing peripherals. To carry out the scope, contractor shall provide materials supply, skilled and unskilled labors, certified engineers, services, at site and in-office supervision, safety officers, testing devices, equipment, tools, consumables, and every item of expense necessary and other resources required to carry out and satisfactorily complete site survey, detailed engineering design, supply/ procurement, demolition, IMCS software and hardware upgrade, installation of required software, the provision of required software licenses, installation/ construction, connection/ hook-up/ tie-in with the existing facilities, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning, project close out, as-built documentation and project dossiers.
