Provision of Well Control and Intervention Equipment and Services

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Well Control and Intervention Equipment and Services for Offshore & Onshore Wells.
The company requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out emergency and non-emergency Well Control and Intervention Equipment Services for Offshore and Onshore Wells, on a Call-off basis. The Contractor Contactor shall provide all labour, services, Contractor Personnel, supervision, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the emergency and non-emergency Well Control and Intervention Equipment Services. 2.,,The Scope of Services shall be performed in accordance with Appendix A and shall include but not limited to the provision of the following:
A. Emergency Services Emergency Services are defined as an operation or work environment, where well control is lost and that there is a presence of toxic chemicals, hydrocarbons (oil and gasses) or fire.
B. Non-Emergency SERVICES The Non-Emergency Services to be provided by Contractor shall include the provision of well control personnel and equipment as required to provide the following Services in support of QatarEnergy's operations:
B.1 Special Services:
a) Hot Tap
b) Valve Drilling
c) Freeze Drilling Jobs
d) Abrasive Jet Cutting
e) ControlSEAL Resin or equivalent Resin applications
B.2 Risk Management Services:
a) Well Control Emergency Response Plan
b) Well Control Emergency Response Plan Workshop & Exercise
c) Rig Site Kick Drills
d) Well Control Equipment Survey
e) Special Risk Management Work / Projects
B.3 Engineering Services:
a) Blowout / Dynamic Kill Modeling
b) Relief Well Planning
c) Atmospheric Dispersion & Radiant Heat Analysis
d) Explosion Analysis
e) Heat Transfer Analysis
3. Contract Duration for the Services shall be sixty (60) months from the Effective Date of the Contract.
