Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Construction of New Drilling Support Warehouse Yard at RLC.
CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Procurement, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Handing Over of FACILITY named as 'New Drilling Support Warehouse and Yard at RLIC' with total built up area of warehouse, approximate 2600 m2 and open storage yard area of approximate 2200 m2. The proposed FACILITY consists of the following: 1.Warehouse Building a.,,Warehouse Building with reinforced concrete sub-structure and grade slab, external walls, roofing works, internal walls, doors, windows, louvers, finishing works, storage racking system and all accessories as mentioned in contract documents. b.,,Building services including lighting, small power, earthing and lightning protection, UPS, ICT/ELV and Telecom, CCTV, ACS, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire and gas detection and alarm system, fire protection systems 2,,External Works and Services Building a.,,Outdoor Storage Yard and Internal Access Roads b.,,Landscaping and Perimeter Fence and Gate c.,,Services Building comprised of the water/Irrigation tank and pump room, electrical room and yard for PUSS. d.,,Site Utilities including area lighting, CCTV, surface drainage, fire protection, and all Tie-In Works with the existing services networks including power, telecom, potable water, fire water, sewage.
