Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Manpower & Equipment Services, 2026 Refinery turnaround Mesaied. The Services to be performed by Contractor includes - provision of experienced turnaround shutdown CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL to assist Qatar Energy Refinery in:
A. Managing, Planning, Supervision of Turnaround Main Execution Contractor, and Inspection activities.
B. In planning, supervision & execution of Refinery In-house scope - AND the provision of Vehicles, Equipment & Machinery. during the Pre-Turnaround stage, Execution stage and Post Turnaround Stage of Refinery Plants Turnarounds which are planned tentatively in year 2026 as given below:
- Chemical Plant (tentatively planned in Q2-2026)
- Condensate Refinery (tentatively planned in Q4-2026)
- Crude Refinery & related Utilities (tentatively planned in Q4-2026)
- RFCC, related Utilities & GRTA (tentatively planned in Q4-2026)
