Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Implementation Wireless Monitoring System at NGL-1/2, NGL-3, NGL-4 & NGSL Plants, Mesaieed Operations. The objective of the Contract is Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning (EPIC) of Accelerometers, Temperature sensors and Wireless transmitters at the equipment and connect wirelessly to Asset Management System (AMS) at Control room through Gateways (Repeaters) for detailed Vibration Analysis at L4. The same indications shall be available at respective DCS as well. CONTRACTOR shall establish the wireless infrastructure in NGL-1/2, NGL-3, NGL-4 and NGSL Plants to cater the future requirements. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the design, manufacture / fabrication, assembly, transportation to plant, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and documentation of the complete Wireless Online Condition Monitoring System (WOCMS) as provided in Scope of Work.
