Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for 4102B Boiler for Rectification of Fabric Bellow, Evaporator Expansion Joints and Other Chronic Problems at QatarEnergy, Refinery Mesaieed. The scope includes the EPIC services of a CONTRACTOR for Study of Leakages, Failures, Chronic issues of 4102B Boiler [at Inlet Cone/Duct, Fabric Joint, Expansion Joints and drains assemblies of Superheaters, Expansion Joints at Evaporator Modules, Supports] followed by detailed Engineering work for rectification of these issues. After Engineering work, materials procurement and supply, Site Assembly, installation and commissioning is also included in the Scope. Contractor shall engage the OEM of the Equipment 4102B [M/s Macchi, Italy] for the Study, detailed Engineering, Materials supply, and Installation and Commissioning shall also be performed by the Contractor under full-supervision of OEM Team [to be engaged by the CONTRACTOR], at QatarEnergy Worksite, as detailed in the Appendix-A document.
