Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for QRC-Services for New MCC, SCC and Trading Hub.

Scope for Enabling Works:
The scope comprises of carrying out the Enabling Works at the Visitor’s Car Parking Building, to facilitate the construction of New MCC, SCC and Trading Hub. QatarEnergy HQ Visitor’s Car Parking Building is a 5-storey building with the gross built-up area approximately 21,749 m². There are approximately 491 numbers of car parking in the existing visitor’s car parking building which are located from ground floor to roof level. There are 3 levels of basement parking below the footprint of this building. The existing parking building Civil, MEP, ELV/ICT works, and installed systems are complete up to the as-built condition. The scope for the Enabling Works package includes but not limited to the following: Cutting/Opening of Post Tensioned (PT) structural slabs Columns and roof slab strengthening works Demolition of existing external railing and masonry works Dismantling, removal, safe disposal and safe storage of Base-built equipment Hoarding and protection, collection and disposal of waste. The Enabling works package contractor shall carry out the PT slab modifications including PT slab cutting and strengthening by engaging QatarEnergy nominated PT specialist subcontractor. The Enabling works contractor shall: Consider the current site conditions. Carryout the site tests/investigations to confirm the material properties of the existing. Carryout the geometric survey of the existing structure to confirm it aligns with the as-built drawings structure as indicated on the as-built drawings.
