Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Implementation of Instrument MOCs at Mesaieed Refinery. The scope includes Implementation of Instrument MOCs at Chemical Plant, QatarEnergy Refinery, Mesaieed for execution during Chemical Plant, TA 2026. Scope consists of following.
1) Procurement, Installation and commissioning of temperature transmitters with temperature elements (RTD) in Unit 71 to Unit-75 and Unit-77, of the Chemical Plant to optimize the life cycle of the thermic fluid. MOC No.1000004195,4196,4198, 4199 and 4201, 4202 & 4243. (7 numbers MOCs)
2) Replace pressure gauge 72-PI-074 with Pressure Transmitter 72-PT-074 and interface to DCS l. MOC No.1000003913 (1 number MOC).
3) Supply of necessary consumables, spare parts for commissioning, startup and two (02) years initial operating spare parts.
4) DCS configuration and graphics modification by OEM M/s Honeywell for the new temperature transmitters and pressure transmitters
