Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Services for Realtime Drilling Optimization. Contractor shall perform Services for real-time drilling monitoring and optimization for QatarEnergy' s onshore and offshore operations, on a Call-off basis. The contract duration shall be sixty-three (63) months from the EFFECTIVE DATE of CONTRACT including the initial mobilization period of three (3) months. The Services shall include (i) Hardware and software for rig-site data aggregation and transmission to QatarEnergy -hosted server(s), physical setup and maintain system availability (ii) Software for hosting of data within QatarEnergy network and for real-time data visualization, real-time well engineering, and real-time KPI reporting & benchmarking (iii) All infrastructure requirements including physical setup to connect and integrate Real-Time systems to the existing IT networks (iv) Personnel for 24/7 real-time drilling monitoring & optimization at QatarEnergy 's Real-Time Operating Centre (RTOC) in Doha (v) Rig-site Drilling Real-Time Advisory Services.
