Leasing of Office Spaces at West Bay / Pearl / Lusail / Msheireb Downtown

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Leasing of Office Spaces at West Bay / Pearl / Lusail / Msheireb Downtown. The company invites proposals directly from property Landlords/ Owners for the leasing of Office space/ tower for two (2) of The company's subsidiaries with total estimated net rentable area of 9,000 m2 at any of the areas of West Bay, Lusail, Pearl Qatar and Msheireb Downtown area. The building/property/premises shall be in fully fitted-out and ready for handover on or before 1st May 2026 and the Lease period shall be five (5) years, excluding the estimated six (6) months fit-out period. Please note the following:
a) The building shall not be part of a residential development
b) The building may be shared by QatarEnergy with other tenants and not necessary for the full and exclusive use of The company c) Landlord shall provide a minimum of Two Hundred Twenty-Six (226) exclusive covered, shaded parking spots based on a ratio of 1:40 (one parking space per forty square meters of rentable area).
d) QCDD Certification for the Core & Shell of the Building/Tower must have been already obtained.
e) Landlord shall accept to engage a facilities management company for the maintenance, operation, and management of the building.
