Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Implementation of Instrument Sors & Mocs. Contractor shall provide the services for Worksite survey, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning of following modifications:
1) Conversion of Pneumatic instruments to Electronic
2) Conversion of process switches to transmitters
3) Implmentation of three instrument MOCs and one SOR
4) Replacement of critical Electromechanical switches by Smart transmitters
5) Replacement of Pneumatic based instruments / valves to DCS control / loops
6)Upgradation of critical float / displacer type level switches of Ref-2, RFCC and RCON by ESD Level transmitters
7)ESD / F&G Override OPK- new F&G Detectors in Crude Refinery.
8)Trip logic of Compressors 1109J/JA shall be changed from 1 out of 1 tripping to 2 out of 2 tripping.
