Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Buildings & Facilities Maintenance Services for RLC, MIC &DCA. The company intends to carry out Pre-Qualification of to pre-qualify Facilities Management Service Providers, with a proven background and record in Facilities Management of prominent large-scale projects simultaneously at multiple locations, who could carry out Buildings & Facilities Maintenance services at Mesaieed Industrial city (MIC), Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) and Dukhan Concession Area (DCA). The suitability of the Service Providers to participate in subsequent tender for this Services will be identified based on their information and submission of relevant supporting documentation that satisfy the requirements stated in this PQD.
