Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Demolition of Abandoned Buildings at Refinery. The scope includes the provisions of Engineering, procurement, skilled and unskilled labors, certified engineers at site and in-office supervision, safety officers, equipment, tools, consumables, the provision of temporary works, transportations, and other necessary resources required to carry out and satisfactorily complete engineering, relocation and replanting of plants, inventorization of stored materials, dismantling & demolition, decommissioning/ termination & isolation of ingress services & utilities and re-routing and recommissioning of the same, decontamination, backfilling, c ompacting and grading the site ready for installation/ construction & asphalting and to make good the cleared and other impacted area as well as the pertinent perimeter and others due to performance of the Contract. The buildings include: i. Old HR Building ii. Building – 14 (Landscaping also to be removed) iii. Building – 15 (Carpool) iv. Old Mosque v. Old Administration Building (Big Building) vi. Security Room near Old Canteen vii. Old Canteen Building.
