Scope of Work:
The scope of work covers design, detailed engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, delivery of equipment and materials, CIP Missan supervision of installation and technical assistance during field construction, erection, testing and commissioning of one crude oil dehydration desalting train located at station in Halfaya. The unit shall be designed for 50000 b/d dry crude basis.
Scope of work also include details of design vessels fabrication drawing and hook up drawing, ISO metrics drawing, construction and commissioning procedures.
The scope of supply shall be itemized as follow:
1- Dehydration/desalting units including:
# 1 dehydrator with degasser.
# 2 desalter.
# 1 coalacer (or suitable deoiler).
# 1 sump system.
2- Pumping skid:
# 2 fresh water pump skid (1w +1 s).
# 2 recycle water pump skid (1w + 1 s).
# 2 effluent water injection pumps (1w +1s).
# 2 oil charge pumps (1 w+1 s): capacity 500 m3/h each, operating discharge pressure 5 kg /cm2.
3- # 3 set indirect water path heaters skid complete with all accessories.
4- # 1 control system includes: remote control panel (CCP), local control panel (LCP), control cables with all accessories.
5- Chemical injection skids: # 2 Demulsifier injection package, # 2 anti corrosion, # 2 anti scalar.
6- # 1 air compressed system (screw type) to be included: # 2 compressor skid screw type electrical driven (1w+1s), # 1 compressor skid screw type diesel engine driven, air dryer skid, air receiver.
7- Electrical for DEH. /DES. units include: # 1 PMCC, cable line system, # 1 lighting system, # 1 ear thing system.
8- # 9 power units.
9- Electrode assembly include: # 9 H.P.bushing assembly, # 9 H.V. assembly, # 3 electrode insulator assembly.
10- # 3 set field control panel.
11- # 1 set interconnecting piping, fitting, and valves for all vessels and equipments.
12- # 1 set spare parts for two years.
