Scope of Work:
M.O.C intends to have a raw water intake pumping station for industrial purposes set to be installed near Alkahla river to supply a new wet oil treatment terminal of Halfaya (50000 bbl/d) production capacity.
This package includes pumping units required for water intake from Alkahla river to the (treatment terminal) through flow line (10'' diameter, 15 km length).
Scope of supply contains the following:
1- Supply of # 2 submersible pumps:
Designed acc. to API 610 last edition
Flow rate = 170 m3 / hr
Discharge pressure = 2 kg / cm2
2- Supply of # 2 electrical pumps:
Designed acc. to API 610 last edition
Flow rate = 125 m3 / hr
Discharge pressure = 15 kg / cm2
3- Supply of # 1 diesel pump:
Designed acc. to API 610 last edition
Flow rate = 125 m3 / hr
Discharge pressure = 15 kg / cm2
4- Supply of # 1 caterpillar heavy-duty skid mounted diesel generator rated power 500 kva:
Inline 12 cylinder, 4 strokes, with canopy
Governor: hydro mechanical
Aspiration: turbocharger cooler
R.P.M: 1500
5- Supply of # 1 roofless type storage tank (3000 m3):
Roofless type storage tank (3000 m3) capacity for raw water, designed and constructed according to API 650, last edition
6- Supply of electrical system:
a- PMCC, switchboard, 0.4 kV, 3ph, 4wire, 50 hz
# 1 A.C.B incomer (1250 a)
# 1 change over switch (1250 a) to connected between gen. and nat . elec.
# 2 circuit breaker (400 a).
# 4 circuit breaker (250 a)

# 2 suitable starter for submersible pump in item (1). (Soft starter)

7- Supply of # 1 power transformer:
630 kva, (33/0.4 kv), 50 Hz, 3ph mineral oil immersed integrally filled transformer
8- Supply of # 1 lot factor acceptance test (fat) should be witnessed by missan oil company (5 person at least) and site acceptance test (sat) should be carried out by supplier and system warranted for one year.
9- Supply of # 1 set spare parts for 3 years for pumps included coupling and packing (10 m).
10- Supply of # 1 set spare parts for engine generator for two years and one year for avr, sensors equipments for all protection devices, fuel solenoid valve, reohstat for voltage adjustable, voltage drop, and toolkit.
