Scope of Work:
JAPEX Libya Ltd. hereby announces its intention to have a Pre-qualification for the Bid for the Provision of Jack-up Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit, Area 40 Block 3.
To participate in this Pre-qualification, the following documents shall be submitted;
- Company Profile which shall indicate name of entity with the commercial registration number in the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, office address, name of the responsible person with title, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address. Copy of Registration Certificate in the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya shall be included in this Company Profile.
- Profile for Jack-up Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit which is suitable to drill a well in total depth of 8,000ft around 230ft water depth and to Spud In the 2nd quarter of 2010 or earlier in Area 40 Block 3, northeast offshore Benghazi.
This Profile shall include;
1) Specification of the Jack-up Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit
2) Current location and status (i.e. under operation or cold stack etc.)
3) Whole work experiences of the Jack-up Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit
